Cancellation Policy

Dear Guest:

By booking or reserving a room/rooms at our hotel you have entered into a binding agreement with the hotel which is governed by §535 BGB. As stipulated by the rules and regulations of the “Deutschen Hotel- und Gaststättenverbandes e. V. (DEHOGA)”, the following policies apply:

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the guest will be responsible for 80% of the agreed upon room rate for the duration of the agreement (dates of the reservation). The hotel shall undertake reasonable efforts to resell the room. In the event that the hotel is able to resell the room, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Cancellations must be in writing and shall only be considered accepted upon confirmation of receipt by the hotel.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, reservations may be cancelled without fee if cancelled in accordance with the following provisions:

Free cancellation:
1 to 2 rooms: up to 10 days prior to arrival
3 to 5 rooms: up to 20 days prior to arrival
6 to 10 rooms: up to 40 days prior to arrival

Note: The guest has the opportunity to buy a travel cancellation insurance policy.
